So what I want to say to you is this,
put something good in the world.
The season of giving is upon us, and I’ve just finished my Unicef and Plan Canada donations,
and this is not to say look what I have done – this is just to say,
please, think about putting something good into the world.
We are fed on a constant diet of improving our lives, improving ourselves and how we can be/look/do better. What if instead of all that, we just make it a practice of simply putting something good into the world.
And it doesn’t even have to be something monetary, it can be a gift, a thought, a smile, a laugh
some kind of… simple kindness.
There is enough stuff out there, enough sound, enough opinions, enough conspiracy, enough outrage, enough excess, enough, enough, enough.
So what if we just stop for a minute, take a really full, deep cleansing breath,
quiet all the noise, inside… outside, even for a minute
and think about putting something good
in the world.
