How to not be bowled over
\nby the world?
\nThis morning I can feel my heart is breaking, with each horrific bit of news coming from
\nthe baffling developments south of the border.
\nAll this talk of walls, makes me wish to build one very high, just around all of the noise and nastiness.\u00a0 Wall him in! \u00a0Wall them in!! \u00a0Wall it all in!!!
\nOr at least
\nto shut it all out.
\nHow to remain aware \u2026 yet keep this awful petty demoralizing often criminal behaviour from sticking to our skin,
\nfrom seeping into our bones
\nand somehow becoming part of us?
\nWe all come from somewhere …
\nand we ALL
\nbelong
\nIt is beyond me to ever, EVER understand intentional unkindness, and with every strike that garners speed, I am wounded\u2026\u00a0 deeply.
\nMy head bows low.
\nOne can only choose again and again, not to succumb to fear, fed on a constant diet of ..\u00a0 .. fear and misinformation, \u00a0but ugh.. my ears are ringing, and how to feel about fellow humans at this frightful hour?<\/p>\n

\nand protect each other\u2019s hearts
\nand vow
\nsomehow
