I mean a really deep breath, a full belly expanding, enlarged lungs, spine stretching – deep breath, and hold this.
And when we let go, when we exhale, let’s do this slow. Let go of this breath and every little thing with it, close your eyes and feel every inch of you softening in surrender to peace.
Now what if, today, right now we make a personal vow to do better. To better appreciate those we love, and to make sure we say it,
and show it.
To better appreciate those that we come in contact with,
and to try to greet the world, with kindness and understanding.
Of course this sounds rather simple, but what if we commit to reminding ourselves this every day. This is not to say that we will always do it, I am not so perfect. But we can commit to a practice, and remind ourselves to take those moments to thank someone, to appreciate someone, to be sure to TELL someone – even if this feels strange, or awkward. I promise you it is always worth it.
Simply because as humans,
we tend
to forget.
And what if we try to treat the world, and those around us, gently,
and with Love.
What if we try
to do better,
because we just don’t know, and all we really have is this moment, this
right now.
This
really is the time of our life
to be
Love
So please don’t waste it.

… and this is all I know, for sure ♥

Again as happens in this thing called life, we are faced with the unexpected loss, of someone dear. Whether this comes as a result of a great tragedy, or by the withers of old age. Either way and in…
Read more

[1

post-1178","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
