Begin this day in whispers…\u00a0
of goodness and
grace\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
move through the morning
in silence and ever so pleasingly\u00a0\u00a0
solaced\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a year of unknowns, untruths and fears
a strange time, when certainly one of the best decisions made\u00a0
was\u00a0\u00a0
to turn off the news\u00a0
no more sound bites and snippets, no shocking and over dramatized cut-outs\u00a0
spit out to entice\u00a0
allowing the winds of distrust and disgrace\u00a0
to blow past my doorstep\u00a0
in lofty swirls\u00a0
of\u00a0\u00a0
bother\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a time instead to falling deeply in love again and again
with\u00a0
gratitude\u00a0
to manifesting a practice of loving kindness\u00a0
that aims to heal and\u00a0\u00a0
comfort\u00a0
no agendas to be hidden\u00a0
no recognition to be gained\u00a0
to simply open one’s heart to hold all suffering\u00a0
as an ease to your burden\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to yet again surrounding a dear one in love
and kindness\u00a0
one who always gives of her heart and so to\u00a0
receives from many\u00a0\u00a0
the same\u00a0
by way of strength and beauty\u00a0
to sending what I can in an effort to fill\u00a0
that one small crack that appears in a moment despairing\u00a0
to know without doubt\u00a0\u00a0
one is loved and held\u00a0
in
gentle\u00a0
kindness <\/p>\n\n\n\n
to wondering if we are essentially being\u00a0
scaled back\u00a0
from\u00a0\u00a0
excess\u00a0
in our suffering (and not conspiratorially controlled as some suggest)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to saying thank you and thank you and thank you again
for learnings and leanings and for\u00a0
love that remains\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to a walk in the garden
with the birds\u00a0
to gazing up at the sky and feeling goodness\u00a0\u00a0
expand\u00a0
far beyond all horizons\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to enter, to move through
and then (even) to\u00a0\u00a0
exit\u00a0\u00a0
in loving kindness\u00a0
is the path of grace\u00a0
for me <\/p>\n\n\n\n
