I almost always start with \u2013 this morning…\u00a0
where actually, I realize it is already
afternoon\u00a0
morning having slipped away, while I\u00a0\u00a0
was\u00a0\u00a0
reading\u00a0
having once again sunken quiet deliciously\u00a0\u00a0
into a fantastic new book\u00a0
thinking it best that I take a walk outside\u00a0
before fusing to the comforts of\u00a0
my chair by the window\u00a0
a day off comes after what feels like it\u2019s been\u00a0\u00a0
a rather long week, and it\u2019s only Wednesday\u00a0
first a luxurious shower, and a delectable pampering\u00a0
of coconut oil massaged lovingly and kindly\u00a0\u00a0
into the soft, suppleness of\u00a0\u00a0
skin\u00a0
then to a basket of laundry\u00a0
when I come to the laundry room\u00a0\u00a0
I say hello to the washer and dryer and express\u00a0
my great gratitude, as my hand gently caresses\u00a0\u00a0
each,\u00a0\u00a0
they are new, not so fancy, mostly function\u00a0
but to us\u00a0\u00a0
a great luxury (for many reasons)\u00a0
also, I just firmly believe in the absolute importance\u00a0
of expressing one\u2019s gratitude\u00a0
to all things, sentient or\u00a0\u00a0
otherwise\u00a0
towels in, I go out for my walk around the garden\u00a0
words run through my head\u00a0
and I think about beginning…\u00a0 with this morning\u00a0
I suppose each time I sit down to write\u00a0
it feels like a beginning of sorts\u00a0
a morning, a\u00a0\u00a0
dawn\u00a0
quite often I am writing about the same things\u00a0
possibly even in\u00a0\u00a0
the same way\u00a0
gratitude, kindness, love\u00a0
small, maybe to some even, insignificant things\u00a0
ordinary, everyday\u00a0\u00a0
simple\u00a0
but I can never express enough\u00a0
how very important these simple things\u00a0
gratitude, kindness, love\u00a0
and equally\u00a0\u00a0
notice\u00a0
are to a life, indeed to ALL life\u00a0
when we begin to look outside ourselves\u00a0
outside the flurry\u00a0\u00a0
of our petty grievances, minor\u00a0\u00a0
even major\u00a0\u00a0
inconveniences\u00a0
when we just look outside\u00a0
when you offer a life of gratitude, kindness and love\u00a0
you then leave yourself open\u00a0
to gratitude, kindness\u00a0
and love\u00a0
and really, to my thinking\u00a0\u00a0
there is nothing greater in this world\u00a0
than much\u00a0
to be thankful for\u00a0
fills one\u2019s heart\u00a0
to\u00a0
over-capacity\u00a0\u00a0
and regardless of our circumstances\u00a0
continues to make life
sweet\u00a0\u00a0
even in
