Last night’s Strawberry Full Moon, which was big and bright,\u00a0\u00a0
but a with the promise of humidity and rain in the air\u00a0\u00a0
also quite hazy, peeking through the trees\u00a0
while I\u00a0\u00a0
staying up way past exhaustive time\u00a0
to watch the hockey game\u00a0
was far too tired\u00a0
to fuss\u00a0
much\u00a0
so, pictures are not great\u00a0
but it was lovely, just the same\u00a0
in the last shot you\u2019ll see who I caught moon gazing with me\u00a0\u00a0

what I also want to tell you is,\u00a0
this morning in the middle of reading, I stopped to think about a friend\u00a0
whom I love,\u00a0\u00a0
and just how very much I admire the person she is\u00a0
as is my practice, I then thought to myself \u2013 this then is the time to tell her\u00a0
so I did\u00a0
I got up, and wrote my friend a love note\u00a0
sent it off, right away\u00a0

this I will tell you, set my day to blossoming\u00a0
as this is what I talk about when I talk about Love\u00a0
active kind of love\u00a0
without concern for how it will be received\u00a0
just send it out into the world
as it is you
that will then be filled up\u00a0
the more you give
the more
you have
to give

think of just one person, any person\u00a0
whom you might admire, love \u2026 once or still\u00a0
someone who has touched your life or\u00a0
your day,\u00a0\u00a0
happens to be in your thoughts\u00a0
then take this opportunity, right now
to tell them
just what you\u2019re thinking
in kindness, in\u00a0\u00a0
connection\u00a0

I promise you,\u00a0
I\u00a0\u00a0
promise\u00a0\u00a0
you\u00a0
this opens you up to loving kindness\u00a0
and it comes back to you\u00a0
tenfold\u00a0

and I believe,
this small practice
this very thing, then begins,\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

to open\u00a0\u00a0
the world up a little bit\u00a0
too\u00a0 \u2665<\/p>\n\n\n\n
