Maybe I was hoping today,
I would
sit
to write something, possibly even
of little importance
about a day, like today
but sometimes life just
takes over each small bit of
free space<\/p>\n\n\n\n
probably I would have told you how
the sky was so blue
and the air was a little cool
the sun just beginning to rise higher in the sky
we sat outside this morning talking about clouds
confirming their proper names
how that great stretching, wispy feather in the middle
were cirrus (this one I remember)
but the cotton ball puffs fanned out on either side \u00a0
they were
altocumulus (we looked it up to be sure)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
and how even this
felt like the most wonderful conversation
with him
then, of course the day went on
but quickly got swallowed up by
other important things
and
there just wasn\u2019t time to
sit
again
so, there wasn’t time to write anything down
but that early bit\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
