I haven\u2019t yet said too much
about it
about how absolutely, endearingly wonderful
it all was
right from start
to
finish
how the evening before
someone both lovely and kind
would come in to the garden
and say to me,
oh my\u2026\u00a0\u00a0 I would never want to leave
and I would smile from my heart,
knowing
the true blessing
of
this
how we would gather here in
comfort
and welcome in
kindness
dogs would be loved and toads
admired
how food and drink would flow
and laughter would
ring
far
in to the night<\/p>\n\n\n\n
how a morning would begin
as the day
opened
brightly, in solitary stillness
and a quiet, meditative
tidy up
from the night before
then a whirlwind of hair and make-up
things to be pressed
ties to straighten
boutonnieres to pin
and shoes
to
shine
on to
ooos and aaahs, and hurry, hurry, Hurry
We\u2019re going to be late!!!
to the moment, I see my son
greeting guests, as they arrive<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to the very second, I take his arm\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
where every small joy of being his Mom
and every piece of my heart that comes
from my children
would suddenly begin to flow
uncontrollably
in great, great admiration and love
to a wedding day so perfectly fitting
to the loveliest couple
whose creative bond, unfailing commitment and
absolute love
shone on full display in the faces of each person
in attendance
who knows them
the magic of watching a fantastic group of friends
gather, support, dance and sing
in complete celebration of life
together<\/p>\n\n\n\n
it was beautiful, it was
breath-taking
it was fun, it was
funny
it was
love
at its very finest
hour
and
under the brightest full moon
each of us were blessed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to carry a little of it
home<\/p>\n\n\n\n
with
us \u2665<\/p>\n\n\n\n
