\nso i begin my day

no shopping today
\nstores stay closed
\nno need to leave home
\n(well except for my husband as he still has to go to work)<\/p>\n
I sit in quiet meditation
\nlistening to the sounds of my family
\nfamiliar jokes, laughter
\nmy husband busy in the kitchen
\ndog peacefully snoring in his chair<\/p>\n
a lovely message from a very kind friend, \u00a0blesses my morning
\nmakes my heart smile broadly
\nreminding me how fortunate I am
\nto have such a beautiful friend
\nin a very large world<\/p>\n
as I am lovingly guided along

\nand the majesty .. \u00a0of this
\nthe sound
\nof
\nethereal beauty<\/p>\n
the activity of the house
\nincreases
\npause for a kiss, and
\nmy husband rushes out the door
\ndaughters emerge
\nfrom lazing chambers<\/p>\n
soothing strings are quickly overtaken
\nby louder beats
\nand competing choruses
\nthe hills, I believe
\nare now alive ..<\/p>\n
life awaits
\nmy sons have both come home
\nbearing gifts
\nof bulging laundry bags
\none of the little luxuries
\nof coming home
\nI guess<\/p>\n
and I am more than happy
\nto oblige<\/p>\n
but for the moment
\nstill here
\nI sit
\njust looking
\njust listening
\njust
