\nand all the treasures

\nthe glorious scent
\nof an apple blossom
\nin spring
\nthe smoothest little green piece of glass
\nwhose edges have been gently
\nworn away
\na delightful little blue button
\nholding tight to a memory
\nwith a little bit of thread<\/p>\n
the harmonious hum of the buzzing bee
\nand the loveliest little butterfly
\nthat flutters above my head
\nthis too ,
\nI would keep in there
\nfor delight<\/p>\n
a bit of wonder
\na bit of magic
\nmaybe a question or two<\/p>\n
a rainbow, a snowflake
\na tiny drop of
\ndew<\/p>\n
perhaps a dandelion
\nfor wishes
\nand a clover
\nfor luck
\na beautiful little violet
\na pansy
\nand a daisy too<\/p>\n
a little bit of music
\na few lines of verse
\nand something soft and
\nyellow<\/p>\n
of course a bit of sunshine
\nand a fluffy cloud or two
\na flat stone for skipping
\nand some sidewalk chalk<\/p>\n
bubbles for blowing
\nand seeds for scattering
\nand scents
\nof
\nspicy and sweet<\/p>\n
and smiles<\/p>\n
and in my pocket
\nI would keep
\nmy heart
\nso as I will always know
\njust where to find it<\/p>\n
and in my pocket

\nthe whole wide world

knowing that it is mine to hold
