it is true grief can be

for fear of drowning

\nand fight to keep
\nit off

but when we instead

\nallow grief
\nto come
\nto enter here
\nit can also be seen
\nas a true
\nblessing<\/p>\n
to keep us rooted

\nLove<\/p>\n
to make us truly
\nfeel
\nour hearts
\neven as they
\ncrumble<\/p>\n
like a wave
\nsadness comes
\nand for a moment we are
\nbowled
\ndisoriented, scared
\nbut still we reach
\nfor breath
\nsomehow in our weakness
\nwe are met
\nby strength<\/p>\n
and this
\nremarkably
\nis the true power
\nof Love
\nit makes us
\nstrong<\/p>\n
if we open ourselves to
\nLove
\nthan we open ourselves to
\nloss
\nand we
\nshould always be
\nopen
\nto feeling both
\nwhen they come<\/p>\n
to allowing the swells
\nof tremendous grief
\neven when we feel
\nthat we
\nshould be doing better
\nto recognizing the graciousness
\nand blessings
\nof calm
\nwhen we can simply<\/p>\n
smile<\/p>\n
to finding our sun
\nas it continues to rise
\nto accepting kindness
\nand to resting
\nin Gratitude<\/p>\n
because in Love
\nthere is
\nletting go<\/p>\n
and in letting go…<\/p>\n
there is

and in all this
